This is a place where two motorways meet. The sign indicates how many lanes the carriageway on the left and the carriageway on the right consist of, which after merging form the new carriageway. It also indicates how many lanes this combined carriageway consists of.

The lane on which the motorcyclist is riding will merge directly with the lane where the commercial car is driving. This could lead to dangerous situations if you are not prepared for it.

L-51
A bicycle street is a street that is usually designed as a wide cycle path. The asphalt is red over the entire width. Sign L-51 is placed, which indicates that cars are guests. These signs have no legal meaning. No other speed limit applies as well. Unless this is indicated by signs. The priority is also the same as normal and motor vehicles are allowed to drive here. However, you do have to take into account the fact that there are a lot of cyclists cycling here.
